The Executive Board of Raiffeisen Switzerland consisted of the Chairman and six other members who were elected by the Board of Directors of Raiffeisen Switzerland.
The Executive Board generally meets once a week under the direction of the Chairman. The Executive Board has the power to pass resolutions if a majority of its members or their deputies are present. The Board passes most resolutions by consensus. If agreement cannot be reached, resolutions are passed by an absolute majority of members entitled to vote. In the case of a tie, the Chairman's vote is counted twice.
